flea and tick control, discuss heartworm preventative, let your Vet know if you will be showing your dog or if you travel
out of the area with your dog, second set of vaccines - Third Visit: 10 to 13 weeks old
General health exam, third
round of vaccinations, discuss any problems or concerns you may have - Fourth Visit: 13 to 16 Weeks old:
General
health exam, last round of vaccines, Rabies Vaccine, Microchip Implant, any additional vaccines such as Lyme Disease and Bordatella,
get supply of Heartworm Preventative, discuss any problems or concerns you may have - Discuss when to spay or neuter
your pet

- ADULT DOGS
- See your Veterinarian at least once a year!
- Get vaccinations and Rabies Shot
- Be sure
to keep up with the Heartworm preventative!
- When your dog becomes a Senior Citizen, you may need to see your Vet more
often. Ask your Vet's advice!
